大马3个州属和地区在3月18日出现 Celcom 网络瘫痪的情况，原因是电缆故障。所有故障在3月18日晚间已经逐步恢复。
不过，根据天地通（Celcom）于3月19日中午1点发出的消息，国内还有3个州属和地区面临网络问题。受影响的州属和地区包括了马六甲、柔佛及砂拉越。
Celcom 表示会竭尽所能，在最短的时间内恢复网络服务。
很多在马六甲、柔佛及砂拉越的网友表示，自己所在地的 Celcom 网络的确受到影响，无法拨电和上网。这些地区出现信号时有时无的情况。

Due to an occurrence of network outages, some of you in Johor, Melaka and Sarawak may experience some loss of data connectivity. Our team of engineers is working tirelessly to swiftly rectify this issue as soon as possible. We truly apologise for any inconvenience caused.
